  • NOTE: As a business on Pearl Street, please account for parking in terms of your appointment time. It can sometimes take a few minutes to find street parking. If you cannot find anything on the street, The closest garage is located on 15th and Pearl Street (about two blocks away).

  • We have a two-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. There are no exceptions except medical emergencies, general emergencies, or illness related to COVID-19.

  • A cancelled or rescheduled appointment performed within two (2) hours of your currently scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to the price of any service(s) booked (the "Cancellation Fee"). You can make changes or reschedule anytime before the two (2) hour deadline using the link in the confirmation email and/or text message sent to you upon booking.

  • You can also always call or text us at 720-504-7156 to cancel or change your appointment during the appropriate window to do so.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email and/or text message, you did not complete the scheduling process correctly and, thus, have not actually made an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled two hours or more before their appointment WILL NOT be charged the Cancellation Fee.

  • Customers who arrive either ten minutes or 1/3 through their total appointment time (e.g. 5 minutes or later for a 15-minute appointment) (the lesser of the two) or later past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged the Cancellation Fee. We charge for the time slot you are booking.

  • A No Show or cancellation or rescheduling within two (2) hours of your appointment means your barber will lose their earnings for that time slot.

  • Please make sure you are comfortable with this policy before you schedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and hope you understand this policy is not intended to be harmful to you but is instead in place to protect our barbers' ability to make a living.
